Bodacious Bikini Body
There, I did it. I kept in tune with my b in the alphabet and wanted to mention the remarkable body one can sculpt with eating well, taking supplements and finding right exercise. Now remember on fatvsthin, just because you’re thin doesn’t mean you’re healthy, and just because you’re fat doesn’t mean you’re not healthy either. I speak to the point of health being you’re free of dis ease, you’re eating food which gives you energy, and you’re finding certain supplements to support your health.
It’s hot here in Santa Monica today. It’s hot all over Los Angeles and like me, I’m sure we’re all thinking of wearing shorter skirts, dresses, and maybe even going pool side in a bikini. Are you ready? And if you’re not, what are you going to do to get ready?
Over the course of my writing I’ve suggested all kinds of diets, spring cleanses, blood type diets, liver cleanses, I could go on. What I have to say is the best diet for you is going to be very individual. When I work with someone I look at what you’re eating, drinking, stress level, health issues, so many factors to tailor a diet to match your health goal. Does that take time? Absolutely. Will you get your bikini ready body overnight? Of course not, and maybe not even in weeks if you work every day.
So get started now at Spring. My wish for you would be to be healthy and I can tailor that into any health regimen for your age and stage of life.
