Sometimes all I need is the air that I breathe as to…

Ok, I may be way off today but A for air is to remind you to breathe healthy air during the course of your week. I’ve learned teaching yoga and taking yoga classes the interchange of air from the inhale and exhale is so incredibly important for your health.

Did you know slow deep breathing can regulate heart rate, blood pressure, and send positive brain waves through your mind? For your health, for your lungs and my gosh to get oxygen into your blood and body you have to breathe good air.

Humidifiers, walking near water, the mountains, air purifiers, are all options to get good air. I think the one thing yogis get is the breath is truly part of health and almost every class you go to, and every client I teach, I have to remind them to breathe.

Today, all I want you to do is stop and take 10 slow deep breaths. See if you can make the inhales and exhales the same length and relax deeply at the end of the exhale. I remember out of one of my favorite books called breath is life by Magana Baptiste that each exhale is a little death or ending.  And each inhale is new life and a new beginning.

Ok, so if we all want to rejuvenate, detoxify, and re new ourselves let’s take that thought into our breath. Here I go………….
