Protein power to the rescue
It is so important when dieting to really understand the many facets of biochemistry which help your cells, organs, muscles and glands to burn fat and build lean muscle. Don’t you think it’s complicated? I have studied, experimented, tasted and reviewed so much information and products I’ve done the work for you and taken out the complication. Aren’t you glad? So I’m here to share something about protein for you.
I’m not dogmatic about vegan, vegetarianism, cultural diets, eating meat, eating the whole egg, yes, the whole egg not just the egg whites or any one diet except the one I put you on. And I must say, I do like using protein powders and bars that are healthy sources.
One of the biggest foods I hear people eating for breakfast who want to lose weight is oatmeal. Now let me make a disclaimer here, I’m not bashing oatmeal. But to start your blood sugar off right, and get good brain food, protein is the best way to start. Yes, this goes against some other diet suggestions such as fruit for breakfast to cleanse and get fiber in your system first thing. But so many of my clients have blood sugar problems which crop up later in the day it’s consistent they do so much better on protein first thing.
Go through your protein foods you like, make sure you shop for them next time, and have them ready to eat in moderation(key here) first thing in the morning. I mean tomorrow, so get started now and let me know how it goes.
