Weight Loss Requires Determination
Just musing today, Friday about how to support your healthy choices over the weekend. In working with so many individuals who want to lose weight, get better muscle tone, and achieve better health, remember determination. It’s one of my favorite words because you have to determine how you’re going to achieve your goals and then have the determination to stay on your program.
My most successful clients have both the mind and practical applications in line. But I want you to know that it takes time to gather all that together. This weekend I’m challenging you to step up your program so by Monday morning you feel more fit. Now what could you do that would get you more fit by Monday? Exercise Saturday and Sunday, and do two things a day. Maybe a bike ride and hike at separate times of the day. Maybe a yoga class and the gym, you see my point. Take a friend, or treat a friend to go with you to a new class too.
And most importantly due not eat any flour products. Go gluten free this weekend. I’ve talked about this before. When I place clients on gluten free, flour free programs they usually feel a difference in a few days. I’d suggest going to your local heath food store or shop online looking for gluten free products. And soon I’ll be sharing a recipe wit h you too.
