Doing Things Differently Once You Plateau
One of the best ways to get your weight loss going after you reach a plateau is do something different. I find this all the time with clients and come up with a new exercise, food plan or cleanse to jump start them again.
I noticed in the last few months I’ve added jogging 2 miles a few times a week to my program which has really helped lean my muscles dramatically. I say dramatically because people have commented. And I know for you who want to get leaner it’s time to step it up again. Look, you have a few more months of summer and some time before the holidays kick in. Wouldn’t it be nice to lose a few extra pounds? What are you going to do differently?
Do something different is going to be your motto for now. You have to pick something you know you’re doing which is holding you back from your weight loss goal. You have to decide(determination) to keep it out of your daily plan and you have to create a new diet plan, and you definitely have to exercise.
I’ve been writing six months this month of August for my fatvsthin blog. I started specifically with weight loss and weight management in mind to write all about and have veered off course a few times as I have many interests. So more tomorrow……
