What Is the World’s Best Diet?

Someone asked me about what I thought was the best diet they should go on to lose weight. I bet you want to know the answer too.

As a practitioner I find this one of the hardest questions to answer as each and every one of us are so different. Really, as simple as our thumbprint is different, our biochemistry is different. That means each client I see man, woman, different ages and stages of life get’s a slightly different diet to follow. Sure there are some similarities, but depending on a woman’s age, her protocol could include other factors such as hormones. For a man, it’s generally lifestyle factors contributing to weight gain.

This is why I continue to promote the hair analysis in my practice. I wrote a post earlier about hair analysis, but it’s a way for me to see your biochemistry over a 2-3 month period of time. This is very different than blood, saliva and urine samples which are a snapshot of information. But the hair analysis show’s you over time what minerals, toxic metals and type of stress in your body is dominant. Also, I can see how to increase your metabolism to burn calories more efficiently. Doesn’t that sound great!

So to answer you with one general, blanket answer I just can’t do it. Sorry, you’ll have to either keep wandering through the diet books or you can call me. Ok, it’s a plug, just for today.

Now make sure you’ve stocked up on loads of veggies, fish, nuts, good fats, and supplements to keep your body super healthy. More to come…..
