Diet & Swine Flu

Hi everyone. I wanted to comment on what’s happening right now with the swine flu and how through your diet and supplements you can shore up your immune system and anti viral resistance. I know this is fatvsthin a mainly weight management blog, but it is also about your health and dis ease free living.

Note, everything I’ve written about to date in my posts are applicable to taking care of yourself and keeping up good defenses against invading viruses and bacteria. Absolutely making sure you’re eliminating refined sugar, refined flour, too many bagels, too much dairy(only yogurt), too much alcohol, not enough sleep, not enough vegetables, and other unhealthy lifestyle habits would contribute to lower resistance.

Trust me, I know sometimes no matter what you do someone or myself get’s sick. My philosophy is truly about it’s ok to get sick, it’s your bodies way of building immunity. And sometimes life just happens to us, and it’s how we handle it? The question comes, do you recover and feel stronger? And how do you recover? I want you to boost your immunity at this time of April and May. I think I will post immunity in the month of May to support what’s happening in our world today.

This will coincide with cleansing and a healthy lifestyle so keep posted to my blog and let’s discuss what you can do for the next 4 weeks.
